Japan 225 (Nikkei 225) Breaches the 36,000 Threshold

Nikkei 225 Approaches the 50-Day MA Curve.

Price activity in the Japan 225 daily market had previously pushed past the 20-day Moving Average (MA) line. Currently, price action is making its way toward the 50-day MA curve and is now nearing that point.

It can also be observed that the last trading session of the week ended positively, propelling the market further northward and closer to the 50-day MA line. Meanwhile, the Stochastic Rate of Change (SROC) indicator maintains an upward focus toward the equilibrium level. This implies that the existing bullish momentum in the market remains strong.

Japan 225 Bulls Holding Steady Above Key Levels

On the Nikkei 225 4-hour chart, price activity is holding up quite well. This index now trades above all the MA lines and has been showing consistent green candles over previous sessions. At the same time, the 20-day and 200-day MA lines can be seen converging below the recent price candles.

Simultaneously, the SROC indicator lines are rising upward, staying above the equilibrium level. Moreover, the SROC indicator line remains green as it climbs, suggesting continued upward momentum in the market. Therefore, it seems traders can expect to see further gains toward the 36,500 price mark.
