Following President-elect Donald Trump’s victory, Garlinghouse expressed enthusiasm about a favorable regulatory environment, stating: “We finally have a crypto president.”

The Ripple CEO emphasized the significant impact of easing regulatory constraints, which has fueled XRP’s impressive rally. Garlinghouse pointed out that XRP has surged over 70% since election day, reflecting renewed confidence in the market. “The SEC’s pressure on U.S. crypto companies is lifting, and we’re seeing explosive upward movement,” he stated.
