NZDUSD Analysis – February 9

NZDUSD long-term bearish trend comes to an end. In late October, a significant low was formed in the price, propelling a strong bullish momentum that exceeded the prevailing bearish trend. This shift suggests a potential reversal in market sentiment for a bullish forex signal.

NZDUSD Key Levels

Demand Zones: 0.60260, 0.57850
Supply Zones: 0.63450, 0.65400

NZDUSD Long-Term Bearish Trend Comes to an End

NZDUSD Long-Term Trend: Bullish

NZDUSD established a notable high in late January 2023, marking the beginning of a long-term bearish trend. Despite a brief breach of the trend line, the lack of strength to sustain the change led to further downward movement. Upon reaching the 0.57850 demand level, prices surged quickly, breaking above the bearish trend line and shifting the bias towards a bullish trend.

The supply level at 0.63450 has halted the bullish momentum, leading to a drop in price. It is expected that the price will test the bearish trend line, with the 0.60260 demand level likely to act as support for further bullish movement. The Relative Strength Index on the daily timeframe also indicates strength in price action as it moves away from the oversold region at 30.0.

NZDUSD Long-Term Bearish Trend Comes to an End

NZDUSD Short-Term Trend: Bearish

The 4-hour timeframe is currently bearish as the price forms lower lows. The Relative Strength Index on the 4-hour chart shows the price nearing the overbought region at 70.0. This suggests a potential weakness in price. Traders anticipate that the demand level at 0.60260 will halt the bearish momentum. This could foster a shift from a bearish bias to a bullish one.
