The $0.0024750 to $0.0027240 psychological zone is quite influential and has been used by both buyers and sellers to their advantage. Early this month, when the bears were raging, the buyers supported themselves for some days above this level, though the price will eventually dip below it.

As soon as the market dropped to $0.001720, it attempted a quick recovery by bouncing off the support, but it was the turn of the sellers to use the $0.0024750 to $0.0027240 zone to block the market’s rise. The price had to settle at $0.0010970, below the zone. LBLOCK will eventually drill upward through the zone, but the bulls failed to gather momentum at the most crucial time.

The coin is back below the $0.0024750 to $0.0027240 psychological zone. The bulls are using this period to strengthen themselves as they prepare for another assault on the psychological zone. The MA period 50 (Moving Average) has taken a position below the 30-mins candles to help push it up.
