Refund Policy
The Premium service offered at Learn 2 Trade comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee for signal products, this does not apply if a discount code has been used at checkout, with a discount code there is no refund issued on any of the Learn 2 Trade products. Educational products are non-refundable. You must request a refund in writing within 30 days. Only your first product is refundable.
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account. Once you have entered your login details you can enter the cancellation page by clicking Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription here as well. Alternatively, you can send a message to support@learn2.trade to complete your cancellation. You will be required to provide your Telegram username. Please note that if you have yet to create a Telegram username you will need to complete this step before we can proceed with your request. Simply go into the Telegram app and click on Settings, followed by Username. Then, create a username that hasn’t already been taken. Your ID will start with @.
It’s important that you provide us with your username, as without it Learn 2 Trade cannot remove you from the Premium Telegram group. In order for us to cancel your subscription and cancel the recurring payment, you will also need to provide us with the email address you used upon registering with Learn 2 Trade.

It is strictly forbidden to use, copy, duplicate or exploit any single part of the Learn 2 Trade website for any commercial purposes without first gaining written approval. Nor are you permitted to use frame or snipping tools to obtain exclusive content such as trademarks, logos, forms, text, layout, or images without first gaining written permission.
Learn 2 Trade does not give consent to any third-party platforms to create automated commands. Nor do we permit any other entity to create an automated structure or system made to mimic our trading signals.

Premium Accounts
By signing up to a Premium account at Learn 2 Trade, you are consenting to pay any fees linked to the service. You are strictly prohibited from sharing with a third-party any material sent to you as a Premium member of Learn 2 Trade. This includes but is not limited to entry value levels, calendar, and signal notifications, and all other services or reports sent to you. If there is a violation of the terms of use, Learn 2 Trade can cancel the Premium membership as we see fit.
