Notably, the market formed a bullish triangle pattern during this consolidation period, with a series of higher lows. This pattern suggests a potential breakout to the upside, indicating bullish sentiment among market participants.
The subsequent breakout and retest of this bullish triangle injected volatility into the market, further supporting the notion of an ongoing bullish trend.
US 100 Key Levels
Support Zones: 14500.0, 13750.0, 13250.0
Resistance Zones: 15250.0, 15500.0, 16000.0
NAS 100 Long-Term Trend: Bullish
Since May 15th, there has been a significant strengthening of the uptrend in the US 100 market. This is evident from the notable rise in the Average Directional Index (ADX) value since the aforementioned date. The increasing ADX value suggests a growing trend strength and reinforces the bullish sentiment.
It is worth mentioning that the robustness of the trend has prevented significant pullbacks in demand levels. As a result, the price has continued its upward trajectory, supported by the test of Moving Averages Period 9 until June 26th.
However, on that day, the daily candle fell below the Moving Average Period period nine, indicating a temporary setback. Nevertheless, the longer period Moving Average, along with the demand level of 14500.0, played a crucial role in preserving the overall uptrend.
Nasdaq Short-Term Trend: Bullish
In the short term, a notable development is the breakout of a prominent bearish trendline to the upside. This breakout signals a resumption of the underlying uptrend and further reinforces the bullish outlook.
