Analyzing the daily chart, the coin surpassed $47,000 and propelled beyond the upper border of the parallel channel, simultaneously extending the upper Bollinger Band to reach $50,000. This marks the first instance of reaching this level since 2021. The EFI (Elders Force Index) line demonstrated robust upward momentum, surpassing the zero level.
On the 4-hour timeframe, the price initially rode on the middle line of the Bollinger Band while constrained below $43,750. The recent upsurge now sees the market stretching the upper Bollinger Band, breaking beyond the upper border of the parallel channel. Having reached $50,000, the bulls are poised to defend this level, supported by strong crypto signals indicating positive momentum in the market.
