Quant buyers are still working on regaining control in the market. It is now leading the price into consolidation between significant levels. This price accumulation will stop the activity of sellers and simultaneously allow the buyers to recharge. The expectation after some days of consolidation is a bullish breakout towards $155.70.
Quant Price Forecast: QNT/USD Outlook
The Quant buyers are trying to regain their hold on the market. The buyers had previously controlled the price proceedings until January 25 when the price rose slightly above $155.70.
However, the bulls weakened just about that time due to the tremendous work they’ve put into raising the price to that level. This allowed the sellers to step in and direct the price downward.
Quant has been working to regain control leading the market to accumulation. The lower Bollinger Band has aligned with the $106.90 support. The middle Band is also stretching to align with $115.00 as the consolidation is resistant.
QNT/USD Medium-Term Trend: Bullish (4-hour chart)
Currently, the Momentum indicator on the daily time frame shows no significant change in momentum as the price descends into a position of consolidation. The 4-hour time frame also confirms this, showing an undulating Momentum line since the end of March.
The Bollinger Bands on the 4-hour timeframe have also squeezed onto the candles between the support and resistance levels. The price has properly commenced accumulation in the short time frame. This accumulation is expected to lead to a break by the end of the week. This will strengthen the bulls to push up to $155.70.
