Quant underwent the process associated with its bullish flag reversal pattern. It implies that the price has flown downward with the flag channel before rising strongly to break out of it.

After breaking out, the market is above the $125.25 level. The market buyers will now take time to recharge above this level before the coin continues its rally.

Just before the market settled above the $125.25 level to start ranging, the EFI (Elders Force Index) rose with the price breakout from the flag channel, and the power line has since remained positive.

QNT/USD Medium-Term Trend: Bullish (4-hour chart)

The MA period 20 (Moving Average) initially lined up with the upper border of the flag descending channel; however, the price broke upward and traded above it; it has now lined up with the $125.25 level to solidify and keep the market afloat. However, on the 4-hour chart, the price fluctuates around MA period 20.

Also, on the 4-hour chart, the EFI power line has slipped below the zero level but is trying to rise again above it. It caused the power line to fluctuate around zero. It reflects the current nature of the market in its state of consolidation. There is a greater likelihood that Quant will continue its rally after trading toward $155.70.
