Litecoin (LTC) Price Analysis May 4, 2025

Litecoin’s (LTC) price has risen above the moving average lines but pauses and rebounds above $80. As the altcoin returns to the 50-day SMA, the upward trend has been halted around the $90 high. The altcoin surged above the moving average lines to hit the high of $88 on the April 26 upswing. The altcoin retraced and found support above the 50-day SMA during the initial rally. The altcoin is reverting toward the 50-day SMA support on the May 1 rally. 

If the altcoin retraces and stays above the 50-day SMA, the bullish trend will restart. The price of LTC will increase to retest the $90 barrier. The altcoin will soar to the $100 mark if it breaks through the present barrier. On the downside, if the bearish trend breaks below the moving average lines, Litecoin will drop to a low of $70.
