Grayscale’s Hedera Trust filing, which was later withdrawn rather than rejected, points to strategic regulatory positioning instead of fundamental concerns. At the same time, REX Shares and Osprey advanced a 1940 Act–aligned HBAR ETF structure, while major asset managers and index providers such as T. Rowe Price, 21Shares, and KraneShares added Hedera to diversified products.
