The continuing legal dispute between Ripple and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), according to Chief Executive Officer of Ripple Brad Garlinghouse, will be resolved within a few weeks. His optimism is a result of the recent court ruling about the release of the Hinman emails to the public.
John E. Deaton, a lawyer and managing partner of the Deaton law firm, responded with laughter and a good luck message to Garlinghouse’s prediction. In his tweet, Deaton also tagged the names of well-known attorneys James K. Filan and Jeremy Hogan. It is important to note that XRP is likely to experience a price increase as the case’s final decision approaches because the majority of investors are still confident in its outcome.

The hammer candlestick created after the price hit the $0.30000 support showed that the selling pressure was already exhausted. The bulls pushed the price upward until the $0.41200 resistance was tested. Following a correction from the $0.41200 resistance, XRPUSD resumed its uptrend as the bulls pulled the price upward again.
According to the Stochastic Oscillator, the market is in an overbought state as it enters a Fair Value Gap (FVG) at the premium. However, the overall trend is still bullish, and the uptrend might continue after a short-term correction into the FVG at the discount.
