Ethereum (ETH) Price Analysis April 4, 2025

The price of Ethereum (ETH) has remained within its range, above the $1,800 support and below the resistance at $2,100 as traders are indecisive. In anticipation of a positive trend, the largest altcoin has been trading in a range. Since March 10, the Bulls have been protecting the $1,800 support. If Ether bounces back and breaks the resistance at $2,100, it will start a bullish trend again. 

The bullish trend will continue until it reaches the $2,400 high. However, Ethereum will drop even more to a low of $1,550 if the bears break through the $1,800 support. Ether is now trading at $1,815 at the time of writing.

ETH Technical Indicators Reading

The moving average lines on the daily chart are sliding to the bottom. The price bars’ resistance line is the 21-day SMA. Ether is consolidating as the Doji candlesticks appear which restricts the price movement.

Conclusion

Today, Ethereum is rising steadily above the $1,800 support as traders are indecisive. The largest altcoin has reached the oversold region, and buyers are expected to emerge at the bottom of the chart. Ethereum has continued to fluctuate in a narrow range as traders are still uncertain about the direction of the market.
