Bitcoin Signals Possible Bullish Turn as Selling Pressure Fades

Bitcoin (BTC) is showing signs of recovery as on-chain data reveals a drop in selling activity. Analyst Axel Adler reports that the supply in profit ratio which tracks how many holders are in profit, has fallen sharply in recent weeks. This means fewer investors are selling at a loss, easing the downward pressure seen earlier in October.

Although prices have not fully returned to previous highs, the slowdown in selling shows that the market is finding balance. In past cycles, similar patterns have led to strong upward moves as traders regain confidence. With selling cooling off and more investors holding their coins, analysts believe Bitcoin could be entering a fresh bullish phase, possibly preparing for another leg higher.

Key Bitcoin Levels To Watch – October 26

BTCUSD shows renewed bullish momentum as price rebounds above the $110,000 psychological level and the 9-day moving average near $109,070. The MACD histogram has turned positive, signaling strengthening upside momentum and growing buyer conviction.

A break above the $112,260 Fibonacci midpoint could accelerate gains toward the next resistance at $118,000. Holding above $107,250 would keep the bullish structure intact, supporting a continued push toward $124,500 in the short term.
